The Nnet intranet is a constantly developing and expanding project.
The main objective was to create an intra-company communication system that is very easy to manage
it can be mastered and all important modules and data are available with two clicks.
I put a lot of emphasis on safety. Protected access, protected database management. Only an administrator can register a new user.
Nnet currently has 12 modules. From internal correspondence to modules requiring leave, you will find all important areas for your business.
We can set different authorization levels for users. Several authorizations can be linked to a colleague at once. (e.g. IT, project)
The clear deadline diary on the main page makes it easier to remember due dates and upcoming events.
I created it with a design that can be expanded and customized for businesses and institutions.
NNET INTRANET can be purchased or used on a monthly basis.
The specific pricing depends on the institution or business and also depends on how many modules the customer wants to use.
By using NNET INTRANET, you can keep track of your company's internal communication in a coherent and orderly manner. Through the "admin" interface, you can view statistics and make individual settings on the system. A user-friendly "page assistant" guides and helps users learn how to use the system.

It is enough to use one interface and we can easily access everything from internal correspondence to the document library.
20 different groups and authorization levels can be assigned in the Nnet system (e.g.: board of directors, secretariat, financial, HR, lawyer, system administrator...).
The central forum on the main page is a suitable place for a quick discussion of various activities and joint programs.

The structure of the program allows us to relatively easily modify the program to the form and structure created together with
the customer. There are no fixed, convoluted names, forms, or buttons.
The database behind Nnet can be expanded with new columns and we can create new statistical pages in the system in addition to the existing ones

In the Nnet system, I incorporated all the knowledge that I experienced during the daily use of the program by nearly 80 colleagues over the course of 5 years. I
monitored the reactions while using the individual pages and software and tried to compile the important information package of what they liked and what bothered them while working on the individual pages.
With the help of this, I managed to build a user-friendly, very easy-to-use interface.
With pre-made videos and online or outsourced training, I help introduce Nnet into everyday work processes.
The videos show in detail how to use each module.
In addition, I am available by phone to answer any questions that may arise during the trip.
In the Nnet system, the page assistant at the bottom of every page helps you use the current page.
